On February 15, 2013, the NEA Foundation convened union-district leadership teams to discuss the role that collaboration and collective bargaining can play in creating better and more sustainable education reform for all students.


Former MA Secretary of Education Paul Reville and MA Teachers Association President Paul Toner, spoke candidly about what it will take to create a truly 21st century learning system and discussed the importance of bringing all stakeholders to the table to do it.
